Privacy policy
This policy explains what personal data Enginir collects, why, and how you can access or delete it. It covers the enginir.work website and the integrations Enginir builds and operates for business clients, including integrations with WhatsApp, Facebook and Instagram through Meta’s platforms.
01 · Who we are
Enginir is operated by Nir Rubin, an independent design engineer based in Israel [business registration no. and address TBD]. For anything in this policy, contact nir@enginir.work.
02 · What we collect
Website visitors: enginir.work has no accounts, forms or advertising trackers. We use cookie-free, aggregated analytics (Cloudflare Web Analytics). Our hosting provider processes technical data such as IP address and browser type for security.
When you email us: your email address, name and whatever you choose to write.
Business integrations (Meta platform data): when a business client connects a WhatsApp Business account, Facebook Page or Instagram professional account to an Enginir integration, we process, on that client’s behalf: account and page identifiers and names; messages and message metadata exchanged between the business and its customers (such as name, phone number or username, message content and timestamps); lead details customers choose to share; and, where the client enables reporting, ad account performance data.
03 · How we use it
To reply to you. To run the automations our clients ask for, such as routing incoming leads to one inbox, sending approved message templates, summarizing conversations and preparing ad performance reports. To keep the service secure and to meet legal obligations.
We do not sell personal data. We do not use Meta platform data for advertising, profiling, or to train general-purpose AI models, and we do not combine it with other data except as the client instructs.
04 · AI processing
Some automations use AI models to classify, route or summarize messages. These run either on the client’s own hardware or with providers bound by data processing terms. Message content is not used to train those models.
05 · Our role
For client integrations, the business client decides why and how its customers’ data is processed (the controller), and Enginir processes it on the client’s instructions (the service provider or processor) under a written data processing agreement. The client’s own privacy notice applies to its customers. For the website and for direct correspondence with us, Enginir is the controller.
07 · How long we keep it
Correspondence: for as long as needed to handle the conversation, and no longer than three years. Client integration data: for the duration of the engagement, and deleted within 30 days after the client disconnects the integration, ends the engagement or asks us to delete it. Access tokens are revoked on disconnection.
08 · Your rights
You can ask to access, correct or delete your personal data, under Israel’s Protection of Privacy Law (including Amendment 13) and, where it applies to you, the GDPR. Email nir@enginir.work and we will respond within 30 days. If your data reached us through a business that uses our integration, you can also contact that business directly.

10 · Security
Data is encrypted in transit. Access tokens are stored encrypted with least-privilege permissions, and only Nir Rubin has administrative access.
11 · International transfers
Our providers may process data outside Israel. We use providers that offer contractual and technical safeguards for such transfers.
12 · Children
enginir.work and our services are intended for businesses and are not directed to children.
13 · Changes
We will post any changes on this page and update the date above.
